Be open, flexible, and ready to change tack. Take feedback that leads to changes in direction. Pivot as needed.

BODY
A resilient body is made up of four domains of self-care
SLEEP
Sleep is fundamental for health, healing, mental agility, and emotion regulation. Routine is paramount: sleep and wake at regular times. Begin your day with sunlight in your eyes.
NUTRITION
Food is fuel and medicine. Listen to your body’s needs, and fuel it for optimal performance. Limit intake of substances that put obstacles in the way of your success.
EXERCISE
Movement is medicine for body and mind. Exercise not only makes you fitter, stronger, and more capable; it also supports a mental agility and emotion regulation.
HEALING
Pay attention to your body’s signals. Rest and recharge as needed. Take time out to recover from injury or illness. Factor in management of chronic illness, pain, or limits.

HEART
A resilient heart is made up of four types of connection
LOVE
Cultivate your closest relationships with family and friends. Strong relationships are built on give and take: time, energy, support, understanding. Maintain strong boundaries so you can give wholeheartedly.
COMMUNITY
Cultivate diverse connections through shared purpose and interests. Get to know people who live differently from you, and who hold different beliefs and opinions. Work together on shared projects.
CHARITY
Giving is grounding and empowering. Connect with those less fortunate and cultivate gratitude through acts of service. Assess your gifts against real needs and notice how much you have to offer.
LAND
Make time to connect with nature, country, place. Breathe fresh air, feel sunlight on your skin, and humble yourself to the elements. You are here today because your ancestors were survivors.

MEANING
Meaning is made up of the stories we tell ourselves and each other. Take charge and be the author of your own life story.
PURPOSE
Live with purpose in order to live fully. Your purpose is based on your values and will determine your direction.
VALUES
To choose your direction you must be clear on your values. Remind yourself of these values whenever you face important decisions.
SELF-CONCEPT
A strong self-concept is diverse, made up of many facets. Through these facets you express yourself fully and authentically.
